The Ray Allen Shooting Clinic - Perth

Find My Coach and Basketball Western Australia are proud to present NBA Legend Ray Allen. Ray Allen is a 2x NBA Champion, 10x All Star, Hall of Fame recipient and Olympic Gold Medallist. He is one of the games most respected players and arguably the greatest 3-point shooter of all time.

For one evening only Ray Allen will provide an insight into what it takes to make it to the very top as a shooter, the secrets to an effective shot and what it's like delivering on the biggest stage alongside some of the greats including Lebron James and Paul Pierce.

The Ray Allen Shooting Clinic will focus primarily on developing your shooting technique and fundamentals associated with being a great shooter including footwork, positioning and strategies on how to play off the ball. Registrations will commence at 6pm with the clinic beginning at 6:30pm and concluding at 9:30pm

Questions you might have about the Ray Allen Shooting Clinic

How much will we actually see Ray Allen?

Ray Allen will be on court and heavily involved for the entire 3 hours of the camp. He will be teaching drills and providing tips himself and also float between courts to ensure every participant gets a chance to get up close and personal with him. In addition to this participants will get a Q&A Session with him during the clinic.

Can I get a photo with him?

All general admission tickets include a group photo with Ray Allen provided in a digital format. Platinum Tickets allow for a private meet and greet and photo.

What is the format?

Groups will be split based on age to ensure all participants have both a fun and challenging experience. Participants will be put through a series of drills centred around all the things that made Ray Allen successful player as a player including footwork, shooting technique, positioning, ball handling and the ability to play on and off the ball.

Can I bring items to be signed?

We are unable to accommodate items to be signed due to the large nature of the event. Please refrain from bringing items to be signed as they won't be permitted. There will be chances to win some unique and signed Ray Allen Memorabilia on the day.

What to bring?

This is a high intensity clinic, so please bring a water bottle and a basketball clearly marked with your name on it. We will have limited basketballs on the day.

What should my child wear?

A camp T shirt will be provided for all participants to wear during the camp. We recommend wearing your basketball shoes (or general athletic shoes) and athletic shorts.

Is there an age requirement for the Ray Allen Shooting Clinic?

The minimum age for the camp is 12 years old and the maximum is 19. If you have a question or are seeking an exemption due to being close to your birthdate please email us at info@findmycoach.net.au

Are families/parents able to watch the clinic?

Families are more than welcome to come along and watch the clinic take place in the grandstand, please limit the amount of people you bring to 3 due to limited seating.

How will we receive the group photo with Ray Allen

The group photo will be taken in small groups on the day of the clinic with an email link to the photos being sent out to all participants within 7 days post the clinic. If you don't receive an email be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

I missed out on a spot, what now?

If you have registered on the waiting list you will be automatically notified by Eventbrite of an available ticket should a participant cancel their ticket and one become available.

Are there any refunds?

Refunds will be offered up to 7 days prior to the ever. Tickets can also be transferred via Eventbrite to a new participant.

Am I able to simply come and watch the camp, even if I haven't bought a ticket?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate outside audiences.
