Recent changes to the NAIF Investment Mandate have introduced tremendous breadth the types of projects NAIF is able to support. The types of infrastructure that NAIF can now potentially support include physical structures, assets (including moveable assets) or facilities that underpin, facilitate or are associated with the flow of people, goods, services or information, that establish or enhance business activity in a region or that increase economic activity or population in a region and in some instances NAIF may be able to lend up to 100% of the project debt.
