The Refugee Council of Australia's Refugee Alternatives Conference 2020, co-hosted by QUT (Queensland University of Technology), is a two-day event focusing on improving policy, practice and public support for refugee and asylum seeker issues.

Catering: All food will be halal and mainly vegetarian. As we will be working with an external caterer we cannot confirm that additional dietary requirements will be met. However, there will be some food vendors open across the QUT campus during both conference days. If you have any specific allergies, please get in touch with the conference team. A welcome reception for attendees will be held after the completion of Day One.
Interpreting: Please contact RCOA if you require an interpreter for the event.
Accessibility requirements: If you have a disability and require assistance or more information regarding access to the venue please get in touch with the conference team.
Media concerns: RAPPP 2020 is a public event. However, if you have any specific media concerns as a participant to this event, we will endeavor to inform any formal media of this by allocating you with a specific colored lanyard. You will be prompted to inform the Conference team of your concerns as part of your ticket registration.

As part of the Refugee Alternatives Conference week 2020 - we are thrilled to be partnering with Voices of Colour to bring you their incredible performance 'Stories of systematic racism'. Join us at the QUT CUBE at the end of conference day one for what will no doubt be an incredible performance by the team from Voices of Colour, before wrapping up the day's events at the Welcome Reception at QUT's Gardens Point Theatre.

Can I update my registration information? Yes! Just log back into Eventbrite and adjust your details as needed. We will need your name and organisation for the event name tags. So please make sure these are listed correctly.
One day tickets: One day tickets are not currently available for this event.
