Stretch, de-stress and meditate for free on Tuesday Mornings from 7:30am in November and December with Mindful Movement classes in the city! When: 7:30am, selected Tuesday's in November and December. Where: Glebe Park. Next to the Gandhi statue and adjacent to Bunda St. Take some time to stretch your body and clear your mind and enjoy the peaceful Glebe Park setting for the perfect start to your day. Mindful movement sessions will begin with gentle mindful movement including yoga and walking meditation to nourish and care for your body and settle your mind. The second half of the class will be a guided mindfulness meditation. Over the eight weeks participants will move through a range of mindfulness meditation practices to help you make a fresh start and move into your day from a place of greater awareness, clarity and centredness. Everyone is welcome and no prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary to join the classes.
