Resolution Rx 2017

Get back into a healthy groove and renew your resolutions at Hotel Monaco’s Resolution Rx 2017. At just $5 per class, this one day fitness and wellness expo offers classes from local studios Three Queens Yoga, allongee, Philly Dance Fitness, Brian Duren of City Fitness, as well as tips and techniques from solidcore. After a serious sweat session, recover and recharge with mini massages and acupuncture from Fabriq Spa, healthy snacks from Red Owl Tavern, and kombucha samples from Inspired Brews - included with all ticket purchases. Absolutely all proceeds from ticket sales, in-person donations, and a raffle of great prizes from participating partners benefit local nonprofit Back On My Feet. Back on My Feet, a national organization operating in 12 major cities coast to coast, combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and essential employment and housing resources.
All classes are 45 minutes long. Advance ticket purchase required - tickets will not be available at the door.
