A yoga practice for every body - designed to restore the nervous system and assist in releasing deeply held tensions from the body and mind.

Restorative Yoga classes with Kirsten are held every Thursday at 10:00am in the Payneham RSL Hall - car parking available on site.
Free for RSL members and members of the frontline* community .
$5 donation for members of the wider community.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle - bolster and eye pillow optional extras.
*Frontline members include Police, Paramedics, Firefighters, ADF members, Healthcare workers, SES/CFS and Surf Life Saving volunteers
