Let’s Ride:  ATL vs NO Bus Ride to the Big Easy Travel Dates:  Saturday, Nov 9th to Monday, Nov 11th (Veteran’s Day) WE READY!!! Are You Ready To Roll???  Follow these easy steps to register for the bus trip down to the Big Easy… STEP 1:  Are you rolling solo or with your crew? 4 person, 3 person, 2 person, and one person room accommodations available. For one person room accommodations, select Individual and proceed with registration.  For more the one person, select Group. STEP 2: (if more the one person room):  Pick a room captain. Room captain will create your room (group) and send the registration link to the other roommates.   STEP 3: Roommates register.   AND YOU’RE SET TO ROLL….. PRICING (for each individual): 4 PERSON ROOM $299  (Initial dep. $99, 2nd pmt $100, Final pmt $100) 3 PERSON ROOM     $335  (Initial dep. $99, 2nd pmt $136, Final pmt $100) 2 PERSON ROOM   $360  (Initial dep. $99, 2nd pmt $131, Final pmt $130) 1 PERSON ROOM   $475  (Initial dep. $99, 2nd pmt $188, Final pmt $188) PAYMENTS $99 Deposit due by July 21, 2019 2nd Payment due by Aug 18, 2019 Final Payment due by Sept 30, 2019 RESERVE YOUR SEAT BY JULY 7TH FOR ONLY $50.  The $50 will be deducted from the initial deposit.  If the full deposit is not made by the due date, all monies paid will be forfeited.  For this option select Individual, then Reserve Your Seat. If the total balance is not paid by Sept 30, 2019, all payments made will be forfeited.  Please contact event organizers to discuss roommate substitutions or trip transfers. Price includes: Round trip transportation in 55 passenger luxury motorcoach equipped with wifi, reclining seats and air conditioning Breakfast stop at Biloxi, MS casino 2 night hotel accommodations in New Orleans Professionally catered tailgate party walking distance to the Superdome (limited adult beverages, game aired under covered tent) Welcoming team themed snack and refreshing adult beverage onboard motorcoach Game tickets may be purchased through Hop Along Travel Services at https://hopalongtravelservices.goldentickets.com/Atlanta-Falcons-at-New-Orleans-Saints-Mercedes-Benz-Superdome-2019-11-10-12-00-00-Tickets WAITLIST POLICY   Once the final date to pay the initial deposit has passed, a waitlist will be opened for those that wish to be contacted to be added to the trip.  Waitlisted individuals must be prepared to make all payments that have been due prior to their waitlist activation in order to be activated. Hop Along Travel Services reserves the right to replace unpaid rooms/groups with waitlisted individuals. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Country Inn & Suites by Radisson 5801 Read Blvd New Orleans, LA Hot Breakfast Free wifi 2 Queen with pull out or 1 King with pull out Room assignments will be made on a first pay, first placed basis. The room captain will indicate hotel preference when the room is set up.  Hotel assignments will be made on a first paid, first assigned basis. TRAVEL PLANS Bus will depart from Atlanta around midnight on Saturday, Nov 9th.  Location will be announced 30 days prior to departure. Location will be south of I-20, convenient to I-85.  The bus will stop for breakfast and a little casino play in Biloxi. Local travel will be on your own in New Orleans when we arrive on Saturday.  Rideshare services recommended. However, the motorcoach will provide transportation from the hotel to the tailgating site and back to the hotel. We will check out on Monday (Veteran’s Day). COMBINED TEAMS AND TAILGATE PARTY Please understand that we are making accommodations for both Falcons and Saints fans.  We understand the passionate rivalry between these teams, however we expect all patrons to be respectful of each other.  We will travel together and we will party together, ALL IN GOOD FUN! HOUSEKEEPING/REMINDERS Please don’t forget your lawn chairs for the tailgate party.  Limited adult beverages will be served at the tailgate. You are welcomed to bring your favorite beverages onboard the motor coach and to tailgate party.  NO STYROFOAM. Cooler must fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment. No weapons or drugs allowed on the motorcoach or at the tailgate party.  We have planned an amazing experience and we are confident that everyone will behave as responsible adults and enjoy the festivities.  Guests will be responsible for any incidental charges or damages at the hotel. If Hop Along Travel Services, LLC receives a bill for any damages, we will pass them through to the responsible party. FAQs What happens if my roommate backs out? If all roommates have not paid the total balance due by the final due date and no transfer arrangements have been made, the remaining roommate(s) will be responsible for the balance of the trip cost that is due.  PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ROOMMATES WISELY. The final payment due date is Sept. 15, 2019. If the room/group is not paid in full by Sept.30, 2019, all monies will be forfeited and the spots will be replaced by waitlisted individuals. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Patrons must be 21 years of age to travel with us and receive and/or consume any complimentary adult beverage.  We reserve the right to check ID. What can I/can't I bring into the event? One suitcase and one small carry-on per individual.  Snacks and small cooler acceptable. No weapons or drugs allowed. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  In the event that the trip is cancelled due to a low number of riders, a full refund will be issued.  We will gladly assist with a transfer or substitution.
