If you haven’t yet experienced the wonder of a women’s circle then you are in for a treat.
Join us for a morning meditation and gentle flow facing the beautiful Mangroves of Abu Dhabi. We will connect to ourselves and other like-minded souls through meditation, guided relaxation and movement.
We will then enjoy delicious tea and pastries as we celebrate all aspects of our whole beautiful selves through talks and storytelling. Prepare to laugh, to share, to be seen, to be supported, to be inspired in a safe sacred space.
