Shared on two pages!!! My Great Grama sold popcorn at the roller rink. She died at age 98 in the early 1980's. We used to walk to Riverview from her home. We could see the Shoots from her 2nd floor house. My Mom turned 90 this month. I would love her to attend with my brother.

Sorry to be answering now-just saw this. We are leaving an amazing event- thanks to all those guys who did all of this hard work! Anyway we did have some difficulty but got tickets by clicking on the link in this FB page somewhere! And I understand there is a website www.riverviewparkchicago.com. Hope there will be more events in the future and a memorial plaque and/or historical display in Clark Park (which should possibly be re-named)

Talking it up to my husband to go. But what exactly will be happening? I know about the models and memorabilia -- what else is on the agenda? What's the schedule? 3 hours is a lot of time. Is it a 'view what you like and leave' sort of event or is there a program? Thanks.
