The Rock and Water Program provides young people and adults a pathway to self-awareness, increased self-confidence and social functioning. About this Event We welcome you to register for the 3 Day Rock & Water Workshop, Adelaide on the 30th, 31st March & 1st April 2020.The Rock and Water Program is an evidence-based program with recent scientific and academic research that demonstrates its effectiveness in growing social capacity and increasing one's self-awareness, no matter your age. The program is taught in over 40 countries with 60,000 people trained to deliver the program to children and young people. The Rock and Water program engages participants with skills for physical-social teaching with a focus on body awareness, emotional awareness and self-awareness. The concepts 'Rock' and 'Water' are used as a metaphor throughout the program for adults, children and young people to explore and choose different forms of communication (E.g. does the situation require a Rock attitude or Water attitude). The program is designed to be inclusive, fun, active and informative to engage each participant while learning. The program provides each participant with a further understanding of who they are as a person and a member of their community. The program leads from simple self-awareness, boundary and communication exercises to a strong notion of self-confidence. Within 21 days of the event, you may transfer to another workshop. Cancellation must be emailed to– Michelle. A cancellation fee will apply of $88.00. Should you cancel less than the 21 days, no refund will be provided, however, you can send someone in your place. Refunds will not be provided for ‘No Shows. This includes change of mind, approval not received to attend, personal reasons, health, illness or change of mind.
