This is a great opportunity for you to learn the basics and explore Tantric relating.
This weekend is open for anyone who feels called to learn about Tantra and conscious sexuality.
It’s for people who’ve never been to a tantra workshop before, and it’s also for those experienced lovers to dive deeper into this sacred life.
What’s it about?
Very often people want to get out of their head and drop into their body, allow it to open, to invite more love and pleasure through their whole being. Our conditioning and habitual disconnection has limited our experience of pleasure and orgasmic potential. So many people are overriding this subtle bliss current that wants to move, that is designed to open through us. We shut down the connection of our body’s full expression, and ‘satisfy’ ourselves with a short, disconnected experience. Yet we yearn for something more, a deeper experience, a more intimate connection with ourselves and our partners.
This is a path of embodiment. It can be profoundly healing, and can change other aspects of your life, as you release blocks and old conditioning which hold you back from expressing your full erotic heart.
It is a journey into self-love, and an unfolding of your natural vibrant energy that can then be shared with another.
This is about opening in trust, and exploring opportunities to relax in pleasure.
Sacred Mysteries is a step in letting go of any pressure, obligation or goal-oriented striving around connections:
- embrace more aliveness, connecting sexual energy to the heart and through the whole body
- get out of your head and drop into more pleasure, allow yourself to receive, and invite more love and eros through your whole being.
You’ll also take home a delicious practice that I call the “Sensory Banquet", that you can savour with a partner ( or keep just for yourself ) for a sensual and erotic indulgence.
What will I learn?
- Creating a time and space for connecting
- Give and receive a sensual massage ( the level of touch will be governed by what is comfortable)
- Tantric practices to re-ignite passion and intimacy
- Communication skills for connecting - asking for what you want, getting clear on intentions and creating agreements and boundaries
- Ejaculation mastery - and learning the art of being multi–orgasmic without ejaculation.
- Opening pleasure pathways through the body
- How to connect this heightened pleasure with the heart
- Discover orgasmic potential, and techniques to share intimately with trust and safety
- Specific exercises to practice at home to let go of any pressure, obligation or goal-oriented sex.
This is about learning to stay present in the body, so that you can connect more authentically.
You will leave the weekend with a whole new perspective on expressing your sexuality, on your ability to give and receive, and to feel more pleasure and intimacy.
Will I fit in?
There will be people there just like you, who are curious about what more is possible, and what treasures can arise from here. The bond that forms within the group throughout the weekend is one of the most precious gifts. Often unexpected deep friendships and support groups are formed spontaneously from these events. Just this one aspect of the workshop inspires me and truly touches my heart.
The content is paced for the group, and each person is encouraged to stay with what feels right for them. There is no benchmark of 'liberation' to achieve for anybody. It is actually the opposite. People’s personal choices are always respected.
You are supported in finding what is authentic for you, so that you can relax, without feeling pressured or anxious.
At the same time, it will awaken the parts of you that yearn to be seen and expressed.
There is no need to undress ( or to stay clothed), and everyone is different.
It is a non-residential weekend, meaning that you will be able to go home each night, or find accommodation nearby.
It is recommended however that you hold off all other commitments for the weekend, so that the evenings allow you some down time.
The Program:
The weekend is a combination of learning and experiential practices.
Friday night:
Introductory practices and essential info on conscious sexuality for enhanced pleasure and intimacy. The following days become more practical…
Saturday:
We’ll move more into experiential practices, learning about safe boundaries, agreements, moving energy, working with conscious touch, creating an honouring space. Get out of your head and drop into your body, to explore and express your sensuality in safety and trust.
Sunday:
We look at the integration of polarities (masculine and feminine energies) in ourselves, and how to open orgasmic flow through the whole body, letting go of blocks and constriction that shut down pleasure. Release old patterns that hold you back from relating authentically, allowing you to hold more power and self-love.
