Child Safe Environments - Our Community Response to Child Abuse and Neglect
If you work with or come into contact with children during the course of your work you must complete training to learn your responsibilities in reporting suspected child abuse and neglect to the Child Abuse Report Line (CARL).
Valid for 3 years.
Times: 9:30am-12:30pm
Note: Staff providing services to children in DCP Out of Home Care services are required to attend training in Child Safe Environments (CSE) - Our Community Repsonse to Child Abuse and Neglect, every 3 years. DCP does not accept any online certificates or the RAN (Responding to Abuse and Neglect) training. All CSE training must be conducted face-to-face.
Care Attendants (Aged and/or Disability) who care or come into contact with children during service provision are required to attend face-to-face training in Child Safe Environments, every 3 years.
