Dance is a great way to understand the subtle aspects of your body, mind, and soul!
The minute corrections that dancing demands in terms of posture, attention, weight displacement, stretch, involvement, etc. bring about a huge change in your overall experience of life.
We strive to handover this experience to our senior citizens through the medium of Salsa dancing to add that little bit of comfort and that right amount of challenge to their everyday lives.
This course doesn’t require any prior dance experience.
It is also not compulsory to bring a partner.
Age limit - 60-120 years!
