Be taken on an immersive dessert experience with the highly anticipated Ruby chocolate (as seen on Masterchef). Ruby is the first new true chocolate discovery in more than 80 years, offering a naturally fruity and deliciously velvet taste. 
The #RealRuby Chocolate Experience will take chocolate lovers on an enchanting sensory journey that will heighten the five senses. You will be dazzled and delighted by a two-part, dine-in experience. Opening with an expertly curated and narrated chocolate tasting, followed by a dramatic dessert reveal with Ruby chocolate in its purest form and of course paired with our traditional Spanish Churros. Intense and drool-worthy, this is our most Instagrammable dessert creation yet!

This is a ticketed event and there are a limited number of seatings available, so don’t miss out on #RealRuby, exclusive to San Churro.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Earphones/headphones + smartphone (Why? Ruby is a sensory experience with guided audio)
You’ll also need your ticket (printed or on your phone), ID and your phone/camera to Instagram and Snap (obviously!)

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your ticket time. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you are more than 15 minutes late and miss your session listed on your ticket, it is no longer valid and cannot be refunded.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
Interactive dessert experience that will take you on a sensory journey (does not include drinks).
Optional take home Ruby 6-Piece Truffle Box, at an additional cost.

CAN I BUY TICKETS WHEN I ARRIVE?
Sorry, no. Tickets are only available by booking in advance via Eventbrite.

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET OR GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Sorry, no. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will need to provide ID to match the name on your booking. If you’re buying tickets for a group/pair, we recommend purchasing tickets together so that we can seat you accordingly. Tickets purchased on third party websites are not valid.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Everyone is welcome at San Churro but we recommend this experience to be more suitable for chocolate connoisseurs aged 12 and over.

WHAT IF THE #REALRUBY CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE ISN'T AVAILABLE AT MY LOCAL STORE?
Don’t worry amigo, you can still try Ruby chocolate at ALL our stores! Our NEW Ruby Chocolate Menu features exciting twists on our signature favourites, including traditional Spanish Churros paired with Ruby chocolate as well as a Churros For Two Chocolate Journey. We also have a number of new retail items including Ruby Rocky Road and a selection of artisan-designed Ruby truffles.
