Join us at Signature Wines as we welcome 'The King of Oysters', Jerry Fraser all the way from Perth. Jerry will be showcasing his shucking mastery as we watch on with a glass of bubbles in hand.

Ticket price includes:

1 glass of Signature sparkling

1/2 doz oysters

Pre-orders required for charcuterie & cheese boards

Cheese boards $25

Charcuterie $30

Additional oysters available on the day as is our full Signature Wines range $9 a glass.
