Sleep and Settling, 6-8 months /18 months-2 years (Cancelled- 2 April 2020)

Darebin Maternal and Child Health Services is running sessions for parents of babies aged 6-8 months and 18 months to 2 years on sleep and settling. This session will include information on understanding normal infant/toddler sleep, the function of sleep, infant/toddler cues, and how to help your baby establish age appropriate sleep patterns.

There are two sessions available (see below), please choose the session you want during booking process.

18 months - 2 years session: 9.30am - 11.00am

6-8  months session: 2.00pm - 3.30pm

Cost: Free

Bookings essential. Priority will be given to Darebin residents.

Babies are welcome.
