Have you always wanted to try yoga, but feel intimidated by the competitive atmosphere in studios?
Do you have a fast-paced yoga practice, but am facing stagnation in your growth?
Are you tired out by the fast pace of work/school life?

Join us for Sloth Yoga!

Sloths are well-known for their slow and deliberate movements and very low metabolism. By slowing down our movements, gaining awareness of mind-body connection, experience how a slow practice can:

Reduce tension & alleviate pain
- Help to build strength, improve flexibility & balance

- Establish mindfulness, connecting with your thoughts, feelings, sensations
COURSE DETAILS
- 4 session guided sloth yoga program that will work through the fundamentals of from the lower body to upper body, suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced. Each session will build on the previous sessions, so at the end of the program you are empowered to continue a home practice on your own.

- This will be a primarily vinyasa style yoga practice with certain restorative & yin yoga elements incorporated. Class will include centering, guided breathwork (pranayama), meditation and asana (yoga posture) practice.

- Class size will be kept small (8 practitioners maxmimum) to allow for greater attention per practitioner and hands-on adjustments on aligment.
