Social Acrylic Painting - Term 1 2020

Learn the basics of painting in the acrylic medium, working from a selection of subjects provided from a photographic source by the tutor. The step by step process for painting in a semi realist style, will introduce colour-mixing, composition & brush techniques & students will progress from blank canvas to completed painting while enjoying a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Suitable for beginners or those looking to do their own project in a social environment. 16 years and above Mondays weekly during school terms. Excluding Public Holidays. Cost: $4 per session to be paid on the day 10:00am - 12 noon “ This program is funded by the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion and it is a requirement of that funding that we collect certain information about program participants. This information is used to determine the success of the program and to inform the development of future activities.”
