Passionate in educating the community on the importance of social missions and social enterprise businesses, Anja is also mentor for social entrepreneurs and an SDG advocator
An alumna of MaGIC Accelerator Program for Social Enterprise (2015) and was selected as first Malaysian to participate in the Social Enterprise Forum in Stockholm (2016) by the Swedish International Development Coorperation Agency (SIDA) and returned as guest mentor in 2017.
In June 2019, Anja is among 43 women leaders from around the world to be part of VV Grow Fellowship in Amsterdam by Vital Voices; a US based NGO that work with women leaders who are creating change in Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship.

She received the Outstanding ASEAN Women Entrepreneur Award from VCCI, Hanoi (2016), winner in the Best Woman Category Malaysia Innovation (MOSTI). She was also appointed as associate partner with Social Enterprise Academy Malaysia.

In September 2019, Anja and 17 leaders from total 18 countries received an invitation to the White House to be part of W-GDP (Women’s Global Development and Prosperity initiative) established by President Trump in Feb 2019. This is the first whole-of-government effort to advance women’s economic empowerment
