If you’ve never meditated before or “tried and failed” no worries ? our session is designed to be perfect for even the absolute beginner meditator. We have numerous option as to where & how you relax from mats to lay on, to chairs, to recliners, to hammocks so you’ll be sure to find a space that is right for you depending how your feeling on any given day.

Our beautiful singing bowl vibrations and sound with take you into the depths of relaxation without you having to “try” and our flexible sessions allow you to have the perfect experience for you depending on how you are feeling at that time.

We have also made our price point very doable @ just $30 so that if you love being here, it is something you can incorporate into you weekly self care routine without breaking the budget.

At this stage bookings are not essential. We have lots of room and we welcome everyone from any gender, background or belief system.
