Join us for a 90-minute Sound Healing journey and experience the amazing healing waves of our antique Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and Nepalese gongs. Immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations as we facilitate your travel into a deep state of relaxation, calmness and bliss.

We will start the session with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a heart-opening exercise and a 10-minute guided meditation to completely relax your body. You will then submerge into a beautiful sound bath created by the singing bowls and gongs. We will also move around the room playing the singing bowls close to your body to increase the amazing healing effects. After a short grounding exercise to close the session, you will leave feeling calm, relaxed, rejuvenated and blissed-out.

Sound Healing is great for anyone who:
- leads a very busy life and is looking to reach a deep state of relaxation
- is suffering from stress or anxiety and needs to calm the nervous system
- has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia
- wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own

Please bring:
- yoga mat (or blanket to lie on)
- eye pillow
- blanket to stay warm
- anything else to be comfortable, e.g. pillow or bolster
