SOUND JOURNEY WORKSHOP - 17 MARCH
(the first session has filled up and we are moving into our second option which is also filling up quickly)
Embark on a unique journey through soothing and uplifting sound vibrations. The therapeutic vibrations of gongs, cymbals, Tibetan singing bowls, and bells are used to balance and restore the body’s natural energy centers.
These calming sounds will wash over and through the body, bringing healing as well as aiding release on a physical, mental and emotional level in order to facilitate harmony and inner peace.
