Summer Camp 2017 (ages 5-10)

Summer is here and with your littles (ages 5-10) ones being home from school, they’re going to need fun and stimulating activities to fill their day. With that in mind, we’ve partnered up with Yo7ka_Anna يُحكي أنَ and Bizzari to bring you a one of a kind summer camp full of unique and different activities, guaranteeing your little ones never get bored, are always learning something new while enjoying themselves in a fun, safe and educational and artistic environment.
Campers work alongside talented teaching artists to learn new skills, develop their interests, collaborate with peers and create their own work.

Summer camp activities will include Storytelling, drawing and painting, creative writing, puppet shows, mosaics, jewellery making and much more. Details of the camp are available through the following link

Camp themes

Each week, the themes for the activities and stories will change. Below is a breakdown of the countries which the campers will visit through storytelling and art activities during the first month of the camp. Themes for the remaining art activities will be announced regularly.​

Week 1: Egypt (Fayoum-Nuba-Siwa-Port said-wa7at)
Week 2: North Africa: Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Sudan/Libya
Week 3: Central and South Africa
Week 4: The Arab World: Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Levant (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine)

Camp fees and registration:
​
Campers can register by week (Sunday through Thursday), by individual days or by a ten day package
Fees for one week: 1,450 EGP including all the materials
Fees for one day: 320 EGP including all the materials
Fees for ten days package: 2,400 EGP including all the materials, choice of days to join the camp with one typical Thursday of jewellery making and storytelling

Discounts:

Campers joining together, friends or siblings, will be offered a 10% discount on camp fees

Campers who choose the ten day package will have the opportunity to indicate in advance which days they would like to attend to save their space.
