We will practice yoga together, exploring physical, mental and spiritual balance through movement and breath.
We will eat together learning how food can nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
We will reconnect with nature and with our natural selves in the beautiful surroundings of North Wales.

Let yourself be nourished.
Let yourself go inwards and explore the places that need attention.
Let yourself be accepting, gentle and forgiving.
Let yourself acknowledge that this inner work is intrinsically linked to service beyond ourselves.
Let yourself be the change.

Location
This is a rural retreat situated in the heart of the beautiful llyn peninsular, in an area of outstanding beauty in North Wales, known for the miles of sandy beaches set against the backdrop of Snowdonia. A place carefully curated for relaxation, rediscovery and reconnection, a place to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. The post code for the property is LL53 8TT.
The house has just undergone a full renovation, it will be a place of laid back luxury. Check out the pictures on my Facebook page.

Slightly over two hours away from Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool, this natural paradise is easy to reach but feels a million miles away from everyday life.

Wander, breath deep, sleep long sleeps, feel the sand between your toes, eat late breakfasts, hear the birds sing, take lazy dinners, reclaim time.

A little bit about us:
Georgia Harrison
My passion for yoga began when I fell in love with it over fifteen years ago after taking an Ashtanga class in my hometown of Manchester. I was inspired by a teacher called Andrea Everingham, whose honest passion for the yogi life and contagious joyful spirit encapsulated me.

Once I established my strength on the yoga mat, with the help and inspiration of my teachers, my body and mind changed, I became more focused and I can honestly say that I have lived and died on my yoga mat. I have cried, realised how I needed to change, known what I needed to apologise for, how to forgive and learnt to be proud of myself.

I wanted to give people the opportunity to create positive change like I had so my next step was to embark on a 200-hr teacher training diploma with Yoga Campus. This study allowed me to deepen my own practice and knowledge of yoga and how to pass this on to others with an internationally recognised accreditation with the Independent Yoga Network.

I’m continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power—both internally and externally, and find it to be a source of love and strength. I strive to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to all my classes, and hope to impart yogic wisdom along the way. My classes are vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement) with strong emphasis on alignment and from time to time I throw in elements from other types of yoga I have studied.

Then it will.

Harvey Kersh
My journey into yoga started when I embarked on a painting course on the beautiful Greek island of Paros thinking I would develop my brush techniques, however the universe had other plans for me! I met two inspirational yoga teachers and after my painting course finished I practiced yoga three times a day, stayed for an extra two months and on my return to England decided to train as a yoga teacher.

I have always been interested in the philosophy and history of yoga and love working and helping people, I decided to go to India for my training and went to Rishikesh it was very challenging but I embraced it and loved every minute.

On my return to England I built a completely new life practicing and teaching yoga and currently as you are reading this I am in Thailand teaching yoga high up in the mountains at a beautiful meditation resort.
I teach about eight classes a week at different studios in and around Manchester including two classes at the Manchester University,

I have developed my own style of yoga and it has many influences that incorporate Hatha and Ashtanga, however I like to create a fusion of different styles always taking account of who is in my class, I also include meditation breath work.
