Start your day with good people, good vibes, and lots of sweat! A free workout for all levels: think running and stairs, spiced up with burpees and squats, topped off with some high fives and hugs.
The workout will go for approx. 45 minutes (rain or shine!), then we'll wrap up with a coffee nearby, for those who can join.
