TAI CHI AT HEIDE

Join senior instructor Bruce Ellis from the Celestial Tai Chi College in the picturesque surrounds of the Heide sculpture park for an hour of Tai Chi followed by a cup of Chinese tea in The Rose Walk Pavilion.

Tai Chi is a recreational fitness system of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the body and mind in unison.

For all ages, please wear comfortable clothes. Cost includes class and tea.
