Learn Tai Chi Sword and 24 forms Tai Chi from our experienced, native instructors.
Tai Chi consists of smooth, flowing exercises with numerous health benefits. It suits people of all ages and health conditions.
Beginner class: Wednesday, 12.30pm – 2pm (during School Terms only), 1007 Botany Rd, Mascot
Advanced class: Monday, 10.30am – 12noon (during School Terms only),
