Talk to a Planner, Chermside - Afternoon session 2-4pm

Brisbane City Council is committed to growing our city while maintaining the character of our suburbs, planning carefully for inevitable growth and focusing development around transport options.

Council is holding sessions to help residents, business owners, community groups and industry professionals understand Brisbane City Plan 2014 and what it means for our city.

Talk to a Planner involves a 10-15 minute appointment where you can speak face-to-face with a planning specialist to learn more about how the plan may apply to your property and the development application process.

A range of planning specialists will be available at each session including:

• urban planners
• engineers 
• architects 
• ecologists 
• traffic specialists 
• compliance and regulatory services officers 
• parks and heritage specialists.

Sessions are general advice only. No formal presentations will be given during these sessions. For specific advice you should arrange a prelodgement meeting (this is a charged service) or contact Council after submitting a development application.
