TEAM BUILDING -  a one intensive day workshop


Effective teams includes a set of leaders and followers enggaged with one another producing targeted results for the team.

Course benefits

Team performance shall improve when leaders and followers understand theri roles and respobsibilities.  Communication between them become more effective as they understood the culture and the decision making models within the team.  Trusts and loyalty shall prevail in the team.

Group dynamic Approach:

Participants shall interact in the group dynamcis  to produce their team plans to set goals, after solving problems and issues, establishing performance standards,  to establish performance measures, providing solutions and adopting the right business models and strategies to produce the expected results.

The interactions shall be observed and commented upon by all for learning purposes.

At the end of the session, the team led by the leader should discuss and agree on their next working plans
