Terrarium Workshop - Grow your Strong (Age 8+)

Grow your strengths. This is a terrarium workshop with a difference. Working with Strength Heroes who develop the art of resilience, children will identify their strengths and how they can "grow" their strengths to help with challenges faced when growing up. Strengths are those qualities that make us unique and special. Why do we need to know our strengths? There is lots of research to support that living by our strengths is good for our emotional wellbeing, helps us manage life's stresses and grows our self esteem. Attendees will identify their totem insect and use zen tangle patterns and colours to create it. Their terrarium and totem will act as a reminder of the key messages of the workshop.
