Thanksgiving Dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe

Eat deliciously this Thanksgiving at Prairie Grass Cafe (601 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook, 847-205-4433) on Thursday, November 26, as chef/owners Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris offer their very popular Thanksgiving menu, featuring fresh, homemade Thanksgiving favorites with produce provided by local farmers.

The celebration begins with your choice of two appetizers: Butternut Squash Soup or an Organic Mixed Green Salad with Pumpkin Seeds, Parmesan, and Pomegranate and Balsamic Dressing.

Next on the menu is a classic Oven Roasted Turkey served with Mashed Potatoes and Homemade Gravy. Four delicious sides are available to accompany your meal: Apple Chestnut Stuffing; Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash with Homemade Marshmallow Toppings; Fresh Vegetables; and Cranberry Sauce.

To complete the Thanksgiving festivities, three dessert options are available: sumptuous Mom’s Pumpkin Pie and Pecan Pie, and luscious Double Chocolate Cake.

The dinner is available on Thursday November 26 from 2:30 to 7:00 p.m. The cost is $55 per person and reservations can be made by calling Prairie Grass Cafe at (847) 205-4433.
