The Art of Effective Evaluation Workshop is to help you gain the knowledge, motivation and skills to give an effective evaluation. Many professions need and use the art of helpful evaluation, occupations such as writers and editors who critique the writing of others, or in the corporate world, when a manager evaluates employees they supervise. This ability to successfully evaluate is crucial, no matter what your vocation. In Toastmasters, we evaluate to help others improve their speaking skills and practice leadership skills in listening, critical thinking, feedback, and motivation. This workshop teaches the finer points of offering constructive criticism.

Topics:
 Determining overall evaluation strengths and weaknesses,
 Building self-esteem through evaluation,
 Practicing evaluation skills.
