The Progrm - Weekend Workshop with John Singleton

Here's a chance to learn from one of the worlds top CrossFit coaches. This seminar is for beginners all the way up to competition level athletes.

John has coached multiple atheletes to the CrossFit Games including Sara Sigmundsdottir and Lukas Esslinger.

The seminar will be held at CrossFit Iron Paradise, 113 Wairau Road, Auckland. 10am -5pm both Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of November.

Cost is NZ$450 for the two days. The seminar is limited to 20 atheletes only, secure a spot by making a $50 deposit payment asap. Balance must be paid before Friday 3rd November.
