Ok, sorry I had to start with a line like that, but it’s true.
We can’t tell you how often we’ve seen founders make assumptions about the rights they hold over their trademarks and copyrights without actually looking into what those rights are.

Other times, founders fail to protect their creative content or code, and their employees, contractors or even customers later use it to their own advantage.
