In this four hour workshop, I will share the secrets to enjoying your home-grown tomatoes year-round. I’ll introduce you to the fundamental techniques and skills of home preserving, including selecting fruit, heat processing, and the equipment required. We’ll make traditional Italian passata and bottled tomatoes, as well as handmade pasta and a seasonal sauce for lunch.
