The feeling of belonging is our natural state, it is a hallmark of a mature human being functioning well in community. Humans have a deep need to belong. Yet we can often feel separated. Busyness, stress, too much time on screens can leave us feeling stuck in our heads, a stranger to the living earth. Even when we feel fragmented there is a way to connect to the naturalness of our birthright.
The ‘Touching the Earth’ retreat is an invitation to embody and integrate your lineage of ancestry, inspiration, and the living ecology that you are. We will offer spaces for transformation, skills to use difficulties as creative opportunities to respond with wisdom and compassion. You will deepen your capacity for authentic movement and enrich your understanding of meditation.
“This is the bright home in which I live, this is where I ask my friends to come, this is where I want to love all the things it has taken me so long to learn to love…There is no house like the house of belonging.” – D.Whyte
