The course aims to provide an essential understanding & application of essential interactive training and facilitation techniques for engaging learning. Participants will learn the fundamental pedagogical framework based on basic human behavioural theories and child psychology. They will be able to apply a repertoire of practical rapport building methods, attention moves and classroom management strategies to ensure engaging experiential learning takes place for their students.
