DescriptionThe ultimate experience for any young footballer, join Tayla Harris for a unique training session to remember. A pioneer in the AFL Womens competition, Tayla will pass on her wisdom and experiences as a professional female athlete.Bio:Tayla grew up in Brisbane’s north, attending Prince of Peace and Albany Hills Primary Schools. She completed Year 12 at Albany Creek State High School in 2014.Her AFL career started at the Aspley Hornets AFC where she played mixed football for 9 years from 2002.Tayla first played state football for Queensland with the U18’s Youth Girls in 2010. She played in this team consecutively for six years until 2015, in which she was Player of the Championships. Tayla gained All Australian selection in five of those years. She was also a part of the National High Performance Academy between 2011-2013, touring New Zealand in the final year.In 2012, she transitioned to the premier QLD Women’s League with current club, Zillmere Eagles. That year she also won the league best and fairest award.Tayla played in three Queensland Women’s teams, debuting in 2014, kicking 16 goals in these games.
