Transgender for General Practitioners March 2020

This evening is for GPs who are considering becoming providers of gender affirming hormonal therapy for trans and gender diverse patients in the Illawarra & Shoalhaven area. Hear about local services, assessment tools, protocols for initiating and continuing hormone therapy and how other GPs have approached this work. The evening is an introduction rather than a complete prescriber’s course, but will equip you with the skills to assess patients, provide bridging therapy and determine if you wish to further develop your skills in this area.  Please note, attendees will be expected to complete a short post course evaluation to be eligible for CPD points.
