Treasured Indian Cooking Class

Learn how to prepare flop proof Indian curries and exotic dishes with Yudhika Sujanani at Holi Cow. This is a hands on cooking experience as she shares all the hints and tips to creating spicy feasts! On the menu...spicy lamb vindaloo, potato and spinach curry, prawn masala and chicken breyani steamed with basmati rice and lentils. On the dessert menu, is the decadent Holi Cow semolina pudding or soji. The class includes ingredients and Yudhika's third recipe book, Memoirs.
