La Trobe Sport: Health and Fitness Expo

Our Specialty Studio Taster Sessions are a great way for you to try each studio in the space of an hour, with sessions running through lunchtime and late afternoon!

Each session will provide you with a 15 minute workout in each studio followed by the opportunity to ask questions about classes and look at what else the Sports Centre has to offer.

There will be prizes to give away, Emma and Tom’s protein balls to restore your energy and information on all things Health and Fitness at La Trobe Sport!

Our session times include:

12.00pm -1.00pm

1.15pm – 2.15pm

5.00pm – 6.00pm

6.15pm – 7.15pm

Lululemon Yoga

Don’t miss out on our Lululemon Yoga class starting at 12:05pm – 12:50pm! This yoga class will be on a first in first serve basis, with a donation to participate. All donations will go to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal to assist in raising much needed funds for those affected by the recent fires.
