Let's talk about intermittent fasting, 5:2 diet and time restricted feeding. Should we be doing it. Is it YAY or NAY for your health?

More importantly, what does the science say? I'll walk you through the pros and cons of fasting. We'll talk about the best approach to fasting, effectively, and elevating your health.

If you've got any of the following conditions, fasting may heal or harm you, so tune in! 

+ Poor energy or fatigue

+ Gut dysfunction including bloating, nausea, IBS, diarrhoea and constipation

+ Sugar cravings

+ Pre-diabetes or type II diabetes

+ Weight gain or weight management issues

+ Thyroid dysfuction

+ Hormone imbalances, including PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids and fertility issues

+ Headaches and migraines

+ Brain fog (memory, recall and concentration issues)

I'll also give you strategies to get the most of fasting and if fasting isn't for you, alternative options.
