A guided meditation  - Achieve calmness, peace and stillness by meditating.
How do we do this? 
We do this by using two centres or points of focus, by increasing our attention and use of these areas (specific chakras) they allow us to feel peace, stillness and harmony. By doing this meditation regularly these centres become stronger and the feeling and state of being are easier to attain during meditation or at any point in our day. Our chakras are like energetic muscles the more we use them in the ways that benefit us the more they are permanently that way.

Why may we find it difficult to let go of stress? 
It's like taking a shower, if we didn’t, the dirt from the day would still on the body, during sleep - the next day etc. It’s the same with stress unless we remove it, it is there. 
We can think positive thoughts and rise above which is fantastic, helpful and achievable. 
Meditation on Twin Hearts actually flushes out stress, heavy emotions, mind clutter, confusing thoughts diseased energy and allows space which creates harmony, balance, peace and stillness of mind which has powerful effects in the body. 
Twin Hearts Meditation is run Wednesday evenings at Dianella All Saints Church, followed by a healing clinic they can both be attended or come to one. For more information
