Its combined speed, severity and scale has impacted every aspect of the global economy and could have dire consequences for retail and other service sectors - in particular.

In this three part series, Sitoo, Rapha and BJSS will discuss how retailers now need to rapidly increase their business resilience and how they need to ensure that they have are in a position to invest and innovate in order to prepare and compete in the next normal.

This series will outline what we believe retailers ought to be prioritising for growth and to establish a true competitive advantage. COVID-19 has demonstrated the power of being digitally relevant and connected to your customers. This wont go away. But neither will stores.

Well be sharing our thoughts and insights on what retailers need to do to move toward, and truly master, unified commerce.

Session 2 - Accelerating Ecommerce, even long established e-commerce retailers have faced adversity in the last 3 months, and Nik from Rapha will talk through some of the learnings from a brand with both a large e-commerce business and community of engaged cyclists who found themselves temporarily unable able to ride together outdoors.

Nik Fletcher is Head of Digital Experience at Rapha and oversees the Rapha web & app strategy and leads the Digital Product, Design, Content and Trading teams.
