Are you a business owner or start up looking to grow your business? This workshop helps you identify skills and attributes for success.

Every business owner has moments of self doubt which comes with the territory of self employment and the isolation that can often be felt. Often business owners work so much in their businesses, they rarely take time out for personal development that will ultimately help their business succeed.

This workshop provides you with an opportunity to look within and to understand your motivations. You will receive a personal assessment of your entrepreneurial skills and attributes, and you will leave the workshop with an action plan that can be applied immediately into your business strategies.

Vicki Hodgson (pictured) is a co-Director of Blow Your Own Mind and is passionate about training and coaching business owners. Vicki is a qualified Lecturer, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Master Practitioner of Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP). EMP is one of the few tools in the world which assess skills, attributes and measures innovation. With over a decade of teaching experience at University level, Vicki is passionate about leadership, education and lifelong learning with a proven track record of delivering high quality degree programs in the UK and Australia. Vicki has managed teams, mentored and supported business owners throughout her career and has a real desire to see people achieve their full potential to add value for others and solve problems.
