You Coaches

Isabel Gordon, possesses a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology  (BSc Hons 1989), an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese medicine, 2002 & Yoga Therapy.   She has inspired people to embrace their best lives for more than 14 years and has a passion for assisting people with chronic and complex health issues. 

For over 20 years, Janeen Vosper worked as the General Manager of Sales for a successful multi-million dollar, national supply business. As GM, Janeen had plenty of hands-on experience coaching high performing, commissioned-based sales teams.  Assisting her team in setting unbeaten sales records thus creating exceptional incomes.

Wanting to share her expertise with women starting up in business, Janeen established her coaching business, Speech Perfect in 2007.

Janeen’s passion is now to empower women in small business. To provide women with the skills to speak with a confident voice and the words to share their business story with credibility and conviction.  A voice so her clients can confidently sell their ideas and to have the know-how to speak with influence in front of any audience.

Janeen is the author of 'Being Unstoppable! A Reminder When Life Gets Challenging, "You've Got This!" and ‘Good Girls Do Sell: The Modern Businesswoman’s Guide to Authentic Selling’.  She also is the host of the We Are Women Podcast and We Are Women Business Group.
