It is time for a gathering of the CPA Interest Group. As members of CPA or any other accounting body your participation in the discussion forum is enthusiastically welcomed. Other interested Finance staff also very welcome to attend

11am - Andrew Jepson, Director, Vincero Consulting – an introduction on “Moving from Compliance to Commercial”

Andrew has developed and delivers an extremely popular workshop ‘Compliance to Commercial’ where he explores how finance professionals can make the shift to being more customer focused and becoming a commercial business partner in an organisation. Taken from his recently published book, in this session Andrew will take us through the “QUIET Approach to Finance Business Partnering” and the things to consider when you are looking to move from a compliance and governance type finance role to a more commercial partnering role.
