Join us in this gastronomic journey through time and learn how to cook one of the most traditional dishes in Spain while meeting new people in a unique and inspiring space.
We could see paella just as a dish, just some ingredients cooked together in a big pan to get a tasty bite, and we wouldn't be wrong, though we'd be missing a big part of it. We'd be missing the soul of it.
In Valencian tradition paella is more than just food, it's a celebration of life, a long- established ritual of sharing.
Our chef Ricardo Moya (www.socarratpaella.com), has been cooking paella for more than 15 years, doing show cookings around Europe and Latin America, and teaching others how to keep alive this culinary flame while giving food lovers a space to meet each other and share stories, laughs and songs.
We invite you to be part of this multicultural experience where you'll get not only some tapas, drinks and paella, but also the chance to meet new interesting people (and also a bit of live music, but shhhh, it's a surprise).
Hope to see you soon!
