You are invited to attend the Victorian Government’s Improving Victoria’s kerbside system Workshop Series 2019
The Victorian Government has committed to work with councils and waste and recycling businesses on a major overhaul of the kerbside system to improve the quality and capture of recycled material collected at households.The government wants your feedback on what an optimal kerbside system would look like and how it can be best implemented.
As part of the
DELWP will present some analysis and invite industry and local government to share their views and experiences in order to determine the best approach for an improved kerbside system for Victoria. Some key questions we will be covering in this workshop are:
We acknowledge that the Melbourne CBD location will not suit everyone. To allow for travel, the workshops are scheduled during the middle of the day, on two different dates, and we will also be offering webinar options so that regional and rural councils can participate. Please email
