Vinyasa Yoga Workshop
Dive deeper into your yoga practice with this workshop!
Many students have been asking Bethany for vinyasa workshop - to look into the postures in greater detail. This will be the first of a few vinyasa yoga workshops that will look into more intermediate yoga postures and transitions. The workshop is led by Bethany.
In this arm balance workshop, we will break down basic arm balances and transitions in / out of postures such as:
- Bakasana (Crow / Crane) Pose
- Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow) Pose
- Eka Pada Koundinyasana I
- Eka Pada Koundinyasana II
- Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
-Eka Pada Bakasana II (One legged crane pose)
And more, time permitting!
Learn how to break down the postures into beginner friendly steps, how to flow in and out of arm balances in a practice, and a few advanced transition options for those who dare! :)
The workshop is for all levels of arm balancers, but taught from a beginner perspective. Previous experience with vinyasa yoga is recommended!
